During my tenure the organization has transitioned from Community Care Access Centres (CCAC), to Local Heath Integration Networks (LHIN), now to Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS). My role was to design and oversee all materials as well as maintain and manage the visual identity of organization provincially and locally.
